Feature flags & A/B tests
Change the product quickly, test before committing, and schedule what's coming
Product teams want to try small changes, compare versions and turn features on for a campaign, then off again, without waiting for a release. We build frontends with feature flags, A/B testing and scheduled releases from the start, so these become configuration changes instead of engineering projects.
Prototypes and quick iterations
Every pull request gets its own preview link. Stakeholders can review a change on a real URL before it merges. Several prototype versions of a screen can run side by side for user testing, all built from the same design system.
Feature flags
- Gradual rollouts: 1% of users, then 10%, then everyone.
- Targeting by role, region, plan or customer account.
- Kill switches to turn off a misbehaving feature in seconds, without a deploy.
- Flags evaluated on the server or at the edge, so users don't see the page flicker between versions.
- Vendor-neutral integration through OpenFeature, with LaunchDarkly, Unleash, GrowthBook or a self-hosted service behind it.
A/B testing
Variants are assigned consistently per user, tracked against the metric you care about, and removed once a winner is chosen. We wire experiments into your analytics, so results show up where your team already looks.
Scheduled and seasonal releases
Many products change for a season: a Christmas theme, a Black Friday banner, holiday opening hours, a limited-time menu. Scheduled flags switch these on and off at set dates and times. Nobody has to deploy at midnight, and the change reverts on its own.
Keeping flags under control
Old flags become hidden complexity. Every flag we add has an owner and an expiry date, and CI reports flags past their date so they get removed.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
01Will A/B testing slow down our pages?
Not when variants are decided on the server or at the edge. Client-side testing tools that hide the page until a script loads are the usual cause of slowdowns.
