AI Analytics & Decision Intelligence

From Data to Decisions

Transform disconnected information into actionable intelligence through analytics, machine learning, forecasting, and decision optimization.

We engineer analytical systems that help organizations understand performance, investigate causes, anticipate outcomes, and select actions aligned with business objectives.

Four levels of analytics

Each level answers a different business question

Descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics are useful ways to explain increasing analytical capability. They are not mandatory sequential stages — organizations can adopt them independently or combine them within one system.

  1. Level 1

    What Happened?

    Descriptive Analytics

Consolidate data into reports, dashboards, KPIs, and historical performance views.

Business applications: Operational reporting, financial performance, production monitoring, and management dashboards.

  2. Level 2

    Why Did It Happen?

    Diagnostic Analytics

Investigate contributing factors, relationships, anomalies, and possible explanations for observed outcomes. Diagnostic methods can identify associations and generate hypotheses, but causal conclusions require appropriate evidence and study design.

Business applications: Root-cause investigation, performance variance analysis, defect analysis, and operational bottleneck identification.

  3. Level 3

    What Is Likely to Happen?

    Predictive Analytics

Use statistical models and machine learning to estimate future events, risks, and business conditions.

Business applications: Demand forecasting, customer churn, credit risk estimation, equipment failure prediction, and inventory planning.

  4. Level 4

    What Should We Do?

    Prescriptive Analytics

Evaluate alternative actions against defined objectives, constraints, and trade-offs to recommend or optimize decisions.

Business applications: Production scheduling, resource allocation, inventory optimization, route planning, maintenance prioritization, and investment planning.

Beyond dashboards

A dashboard can show that a problem exists.

An analytical system can investigate the problem, estimate what happens next, and support decisions about what to do.

The right level of sophistication depends on the decision, the available evidence, the consequences of error, and the ability to act on the result.

Our analytical engineering stack

Everything between raw data and a better decision

  • Data Acquisition & Integration

Connect databases, APIs, operational applications, documents, and relevant external data sources.

  • Data Modeling

Define consistent entities, measures, relationships, business semantics, and quality checks.

  • Statistical Analysis & Machine Learning

Develop analytical methods appropriate to the problem, from statistical inference and forecasting to classification, anomaly detection, and regression.

  • Optimization & Simulation

Evaluate alternatives under capacity, budget, operational, and risk constraints.

  • Decision Integration

Deliver results through dashboards, alerts, APIs, workflows, decision-support interfaces, or controlled automation.

  • Evaluation & Monitoring

Measure prediction quality, data drift, decision outcomes, and operational impact over time.

From analytical insight to operational action

Our objective is to connect analysis to the decisions that matter.

For example, a maintenance system may progress through four stages:

  1. Report

    Reporting equipment downtime.

  2. Explain

    Identifying contributing conditions.

  3. Estimate

    Estimating failure risk.

  4. Prioritize

Prioritizing interventions against downtime costs, maintenance capacity, and operational constraints.

Each stage should have a defined purpose and measurable contribution.
